This role gives you a front-row seat to modernizing digitization, workflow, and data distribution across regions. You will operate in a true partnership model with shared accountability for strategy, performance, risk and controls, and people leadership, while presenting a unified leadership voice to the team and key partners. You will set the operating rhythm, align priorities, and ensure seamless leadership coverage while improving digitization, workflow management, storage and archiving, and data distribution. We will rely on you to deliver measurable improvements in client experience, efficiency, and well-controlled execution.

  • Drive simplification, re-engineering, and transformation outcomes with a clear return on investment and sustained adoption
  • Identify trends and opportunities in document digitization through client feedback, pipeline insights, and industry relationships
  • Deliver innovation and new capabilities that improve quality, client outcomes, and operational efficiency
  • Develop talent through coaching, disciplined delegation, succession planning, and leadership continuity across the organization
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
