Job Summary

Synechron is seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Node.js, React, TypeScript, RESTful APIs, microservices, and SQL/NoSQL databases. The role involves designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and troubleshooting scalable full-stack applications.The successful candidate will use AI code generation tools to improve development efficiency while applying appropriate code review, testing, security, and quality controls. This role contributes to business objectives by delivering reliable software, responsive user interfaces, scalable services, and maintainable technology solutions.

Software Requirements

Required

• 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.

• Strong proficiency in Node.js using Express, NestJS, or similar frameworks.

• Strong proficiency in React, including:

  • React Hooks

  • State management

  • Component architecture

  • Responsive and performant interface development

• Experience with TypeScript.

• Hands-on experience with AI code generation tools, such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or comparable tools.

• Understanding of prompt engineering for coding tasks.

• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.

• Experience with Git version control and branching practices.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

• Understanding of RESTful API design and best practices.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using Node.js, React, and TypeScript.

• Relevant training in Node.js, React, TypeScript, databases, RESTful APIs, microservices, CI/CD, software testing, or AI-assisted development is preferred.

• Certifications in cloud, software development, databases, DevOps, or related technologies are preferred but are not mandatory unless required for a specific assignment.

• Maintain continuous professional development in full-stack engineering, AI code generation, prompt engineering, application security, testing, cloud technologies, and modern development practices.
