Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Working within a cloud-first and agile environment, the role demands adaptability and a proactive approach to solving complex business challenges through effective engineering practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable and maintainable software components.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aras Innovator Customization.
- Experience in developing both frontend and backend components to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies including agile practices.
- Ability to work with cloud-based platforms and integrate cloud services effectively.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with database design and management to support application requirements.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Aras Innovator Customization.
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
