What would you do? • Order to Cash (OTC) SALES PRACTITIONER ROLE • Accenture is Industry leader in Finance & Accounting services. We provide advisory and Business Process Management (BPM) services in Core & Strategic Finance to Fortune 500 clients across 130+ countries in 45 different languages from 50+ Global Delivery centers. • We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned OTC Practitioner to join our sales and solutioning team. • Order to Cash (OTC) SALES PRACTITIONER ROLE • OTC Sales practitioner role combines selling skills with deep domain and commercial acumen. You will transform the way finance works in the future by engaging in activities below: • Partner with sales teams to provide deep OTC domain expertise during the pursuit lifecycle. • Lead the design of end-to-end OTC solutions for large, complex deals including transformation. • Develop client-specific value propositions, solution narratives, and transformation roadmaps. • Participate in client presentations, orals, and workshops to articulate OTC capabilities and transformation levers. • Lead Sales growth and mining in existing accounts for specific MUs and industries • Stay abreast of industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices in OTC • Contribute to thought leadership
What are we looking for? • skill - Order to Cash (OTC) - P3 • • OTC Sales Practioner role • Hold post graduate finance degree such as CA, CFA, or MBA (Fin) • Deep Domain expertise in area • Hands-on operations or transformation experience in OTC within industries like CPG, Retail, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Media, Hospitality, Healthcare or Financial Services • Have delivered at least 2 large scale F&A deals or Tech. led OTC Transformation for large global Clients • Well versed with Industry technologies & leading tools, automation, AI and Analytics + •
Roles and Responsibilities: • In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility. • The person would create solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. • Requires adherence to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals. • Interaction of the individual is with senior management at a client and or within Accenture, involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach. • Some latitude in decision-making in involved. • you will act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments. • Decisions individual at this role makes have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility. • The person manages large - medium sized teams and or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture. • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
