What would you do? • Record To Report (RTR) SALES PRACTITIONER role • Accenture is Industry leader in Finance & Accounting services. We provide advisory and Business Process Management (BPM) services in Core & Strategic Finance to Fortune 500 clients across 130+ countries in 45 different languages from 50+ Global Delivery center • • We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Record to Report Practitioner to join our sales and solutioning team. This role is ideal for a domain expert who can bridge the gap between finance operations and business development. You will play a pivotal role in shaping large BPM deals, crafting compelling R2R digital solutions (Hyper-automation, Generative AI, Agentic, etc.) and driving transformation agendas for clients ac • RTR Sales practitioner role combines selling skills with deep domain and commercial acumen. You will transform the way finance works in the future by engaging in activities below: • Partner with sales teams to provide deep R2R domain expertise during the pursuit lifecycle. • Lead the design of end-to-end R2R solutions for large, complex deals including transformation, and technology enablement.
What are we looking for? • Primary skill - Accounting & Financial Reporting Standards - P2 • Secondary skill - Record To Report (R2R) - P2 • • Hold post graduate finance degree such as CA, CFA, or MBA (Fin) • • Deep Domain expertise in RTR area • • Hands-on operations or transformation experience in RTR within industries like CPG, Retail, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Media, Hospitality, Healthcare or Financial Services • • Have delivered at least 2 large scale F&A deals or Tech. led RTR Transformation for large global Clients • • Well versed with Industry technologies & leading tools, automation, AI and Analytics plus, the
