Global Data Analyst 1

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data analysis and investigation on Prescription and Sales datasets.
• Identify data anomalies and ensure timely, accurate delivery to stakeholders.
• Plan and manage project transitions, track deliverables, and establish realistic timelines.
• Ensure smooth operations during transitions, parallel production, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Initiate and implement process improvements to streamline deliverables.
• Provide extended support for ad-hoc client requests.
• Maintain and support documentation such as SOPs, Delivery Trackers, and Change Logs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations management, project management, reporting, and transitions.
• Strong client interaction and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to handle transitions and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across service groups and onshore teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Willingness to work in the 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST shift.
