Key Responsibilities:

1. Medical Affairs Strategy and Implementation

• Develop and implement tailored Medical Affairs strategies aligned with client objectives, therapeutic area priorities, and organizational goals.
• Provide strategic advisory support across Medical Affairs functions, including field medical, medical insights, evidence generation, scientific engagement, and AI-enabled transformation initiatives.

2. Medical Insights, AI, and Digital Solutions

• Assess clients' Medical Insights landscape, operating models, and current-state capabilities to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design and implement frameworks, platforms, and AI-enabled solutions to capture, analyze, synthesize, and translate field medical insights into actionable business and scientific decisions.
• Define data models, taxonomy, governance, and analytics approaches that improve the quality, accessibility, and impact of medical insights across the organization.

3. Field Medical Excellence and Analytics

• Design and optimize field medical operating models, scientific engagement strategies, KOL engagement frameworks, and performance measurement approaches.
• Leverage field engagement data, AI, and advanced analytics to evaluate scientific interactions, identify trends, measure field effectiveness, and generate actionable recommendations.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance scientific exchange and enable data-driven decision-making across Medical Affairs.

4. Medical Affairs Project Management and Delivery

• Lead and manage Medical Affairs consulting engagements from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration, proactively manage risks, and ensure successful delivery across multiple workstreams involving business, data, and technology teams.

5. Evidence Generation, Scientific Strategy, and Innovation

• Support the development of evidence generation strategies, real-world evidence initiatives, publication planning, and scientific engagement models aligned with client objectives.
• Evaluate clinical, scientific, digital, and healthcare landscape developments to inform Medical Affairs strategy and identify opportunities for innovation and AI adoption.

6. Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding business priorities and delivering strategic, technology-enabled Medical Affairs solutions.
• Develop and present executive-level recommendations, dashboards, reports, and thought leadership materials that effectively communicate insights and business impact.

7. AI, Digital Transformation, and Continuous Improvement

• Drive AI and digital transformation initiatives within Medical Affairs by identifying opportunities to automate workflows, improve insight generation, and enhance decision-making.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, including generative AI, advanced analytics, automation, and digital engagement platforms, incorporating industry best practices into client solutions.
• Foster a culture of innovation by continuously improving methodologies, frameworks, and consulting offerings across the Medical Affairs ecosystem.
