JOB PURPOSE

The Senior Systems Analyst leads the implementation, enhancement and support of Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud (OWMS) solutions across assigned regional business units within DP World. The role requires strong functional expertise in Oracle WMS Cloud, coupled with proven capabilities in regional project delivery, stakeholder management, solution design, and cross-functional coordination.

The position serves as a key point of contact for WMS implementations representing Group Technology team for a given Region, working closely with business stakeholders, regional IT teams, global product teams, implementation partners, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of warehouse management solutions aligned with business objectives, global solution standards, and regional operational requirements.

The role manages multiple regional implementations and initiatives, overseeing project execution, risks, dependencies, timelines and quality standards while driving solution standardization. It also provides functional leadership to System Analysts, drives continuous improvement and ensures a smooth transition to business-as-usual support.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation lifecycle of Oracle WMS Cloud solutions across assigned regional business units, from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Manage multiple concurrent WMS implementation projects and enhancements across the region, ensuring alignment with agreed scope, timelines, budgets, quality standards, and business priorities.
• Ensure effective post-implementation stabilization and transition to support, with clear ownership, documentation, and resolution of outstanding issues.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with regional operations leaders, business sponsors, project managers, and technology stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate them into implementable WMS solutions.
• Facilitate regional workshops, requirements discussions, solution walkthroughs, design reviews, project governance meetings, and implementation progress reviews.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate project progress and delivery risks, and facilitate timely decisions on scope, priorities, solution design, and resource requirements.
• Provide strong functional expertise in Oracle WMS Cloud and its related services, ensuring solutions address complex warehousing and logistics requirements.
• Lead functional solution design across inbound operations, receiving, put-away, replenishment, inventory management, cycle counting, picking, packing, shipping, cross-docking, value-added services, kitting, and shipment manifestation.
• Ensure regional WMS implementations adhere to established project governance frameworks, global product standards, architecture principles, security requirements, and operational controls.

• Provide functional guidance, coaching, and knowledge sharing to System Analysts and other project team members supporting regional WMS implementations.

• Ability to liaise with business users and technical consultants. 

• Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviours in harmony with DP World’s Founder’s Principles, values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP World’s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computers or a relevant discipline.
• 14+ years of experience with at least 8+ years in implementing Oracle WMS Cloud services. 
• Experience in BPM Tools, MS Visio, Mindmap tools
• Ability to understand the business problems in a holistic way to provide robust, scale-able and cost-effective solution.

  • Certified Oracle Warehouse Management Certified Implementation Specialist
  • Integration to standard warehouse automation tools such as Barcode readers and other warehouse equipment.
