Your typical day will involve creating instructional content using Storyline 360, Rise 360, and PowerPoint, translating complex client content into learner-friendly modules aligned to business outcomes, and collaborating with SMEs, project teams, and stakeholders to define learning objectives and ensure content accuracy. You will also apply instructional and visual design principles, support continuous improvement, and use AI-enabled tools to improve content development efficiency and innovation. Roles & Responsibilities: Design and develop digital learning solutions across eLearning and instructor-led training formats for enterprise clients. Create engaging, structured instructional content using Storyline 360, Rise 360, and PowerPoint. Translate complex client content into learner-friendly modules aligned to business outcomes. Develop eLearning courses, ILT materials, facilitator guides, and instructional video content. Collaborate with SMEs, project teams, and stakeholders to define learning objectives and ensure content accuracy. Apply strong instructional and visual design principles to enhance learner engagement and effectiveness. Support continuous improvement of learning assets based on feedback, analytics, and client requirements. Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve content development efficiency and innovation. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in instructional design and digital learning solution development. Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360. Strong PowerPoint skills for instructional slide design. Experience developing eLearning content, ILT materials, facilitator guides, and instructional videos. Strong writing, communication, organizational, visual design, and graphic design capabilities. Good to have exposure to AI tools, enterprise clients, consulting environments, adult learning principles, and multi-industry or global learning programs. Additional Information: The ideal candidate will bring experience creating learner-centric digital learning content for enterprise audiences. This position is based in India and supports LearnVantage workforce transformation work. Travel may be required depending on business needs.
