Description:

Airbus has started its Digital journey. The objective being to transform the company and to prepare it for the future. This transformation includes new global governance, new ways of working and the implementation of digital business services and platforms. As a part of this transformation journey we have set up a GIC in the silicon valley of India - Bangalore. This state of the art GIC is responsible for driving excellence in IT for Airbus.

We are looking for motivated people with excellent English communication and problem solving skills, ability to understand complex systems processes, programs and accustomed to dealing with all levels from operational staff to senior management inside as well as outside IM. 

About the team & the Role 

Duration of the internship - Upto 6 months.

Technical skills 

• Engineering graduate from any engineering field 
• Any kind of programming knowledge on C++, C#, typescript, node, react, javascript, foundry, Java, HTML, CSS, Python, shell, perl, will be an added advantage.
• Any knowledge on database management will be an added advantage.
• Should be willing to switch between the domains and skills.
• Should be willing to learn tools, processes, business analysis, stakeholder management
• Should be willing to collaborate and cross scale teams 
• Acceptable english but excellent communicator and collaborator 
• Should not be a geek but an all rounder in sports or arts or music or have passion to use time other than work and studies. 
• A keen interest and basic skills on AI

• Closely working with Technical leads Product managers, architects,operational people and security experts for publishing IM Security Standards and blueprints in Airbus Group worldwide
• Act as the IT/IS Security focal point in his/her domain
• Establish and maintain privileged relationship with these Airbus IM organizations
• Ensure the good reporting for her/his activity

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor / Master’s Degree
• Demonstrable consultative approach through  internal or external organizations with real customer-centric mindset
• Good Organizational and interpersonal skills
• Team work, collaboration skills with the ability to contribute effectively towards business objective

Success Metrics: 

As the successful candidate your main tasks & accountabilities are:

• Understand Airbus business and process to exchange with Security Risk & mitigation aspects.
• Grasp and understand Cyber vulnerabilities to connect them to risk
• Build robust products for our customers 
• Agile mind-set, collaborative way of working, quick reaction in case of operational issues, SLA fulfillment & service availability

• Customer-first mindset
• Crisis Management
• Effective conflict management
