IT Engineer 1

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), Microsoft 365, and synchronization of identities between on-premises Active Directory and cloud directories.
• Proven experience managing Microsoft 365 authentication and access services, including Entra Connect (Azure AD Connect), domain management, identity lifecycle management, and user administration.
• Deep understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) controls, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access, device management, application management, and Zero Trust security principles.
• Extensive experience across Microsoft identity platforms, including Entra ID (Azure AD), PingFederate, MFA, Conditional Access policies, Application Proxy, and hybrid authentication scenarios.
• Experience supporting and operating Microsoft identity solutions in large-scale enterprise environments, ensuring secure and reliable access to corporate applications and services.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications such as Exchange, Teams, Sharepoint
• Knowledge of modern authentication frameworks such as Microsoft Authentication Library (MSAL), OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and related identity technologies is highly desirable.
• Strong expertise in SAML and OpenID Connect (OIDC) federation troubleshooting, including metadata exchange validation, certificate lifecycle and expiration management, claims mapping, token inspection, and integration between Entra ID and third-party applications.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex authentication and authorization issues across cloud, hybrid, and federated identity environments while maintaining security, compliance, and user experience objectives.

• Enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO) architecture and federation design.
• Experience integrating SaaS applications using SAML, OIDC, or SCIM provisioning.
• Knowledge of PowerShell automation and Microsoft Graph APIs for identity administration and reporting.

• Bachelor's Degree Pref
• Identity and Access Administrator certification recommended
• 1 year of related experience
