• Design and develop microservices using Java and Spring Boot. • Design and develop secure, scalable REST APIs. • Handle synchronous and asynchronous communication (REST, messaging, events). • Development of Angular-based UI applications • Ensure seamless integration between UI, APIs, and workflow engines. • Lead and mentor full stack developers; conduct design and code reviews. • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, compliance, and QA teams. • Drive Agile delivery: sprint planning, estimation, backlog grooming, and releases. Ability to work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data • Awareness of latest technologies and trends • Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate • Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions • One or two industry domain knowledge • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, TypeScript, REST APIs. • Experience with Payments Domain (ACH, Wire, SWIFT, RTP, ISO 20022, Card Payments, Merchant Payments). • Expertise in Oracle/PostgreSQL, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Jenkins. • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and Agile delivery methodologies. • Strong understanding of payment security, compliance, and transaction processing. • Experience leading distributed Agile teams and stakeholder management.
