Job Description

Sales Compensation lead will report into the Manager of Sales Finance and will be responsible for deriving the commissions for direct, indirect and overlay sales roles on a global level  including channel partner.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

Requirements Gathering:

Lead discovery sessions with various stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for Xactly modules.

System Configuration:

• Incent - Design and build end-to-end solutions, including complex rule writing, formulas, and logic configuration within the Xactly Incent environment.

• Connect - Build and manage data pipelines, ETL processes, flat-file transfers, and API integrations using Xactly Connect.

• Extend - Design, configuration, and end-to-end deployment of custom applications (various reports and other business use cases) using the Xactly Extend framework.

Testing & QA: 

Execute rigorous system integration testing (SIT) and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to troubleshoot logic gaps and ensure data accuracy.

Process Optimization:

Evaluate existing Xactly instances to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements or custom technical solutions for complex business challenges.

Deployment & Support:

Manage the transition to production environments and provide expert-level support during the post-deployment phase.

Technical Documentation:

Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including configuration guides.

Qualifications

Xactly Proficiency:

5 to 6 years of hands-on experience with Xactly Incent. Advanced knowledge of Connect, Reporting, or Extend is highly preferred.

Project Management :

Ability to manage multiple workstreams, meet strict deadlines, and deliver high-quality results independently with minimal supervision.

Communication:

Good verbal and written communication skills, with the professional presence required to interact with executive-level management.

Analytical Skills:

Strong problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to troubleshooting complex incentive compensation logic.
