Manager

 – Reporting to Associate Director, Learning & Talent Development.

• Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts and L&TD stakeholders to diagnose capability needs and translate them into clear learning outcomes.

• Design end-to-end, learner-centric solutions using adult learning principles and established instructional design methodologies.

• Create curricula, learning journeys, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, storyboards, assessments, case studies and performance support resources.

• Develop blended solutions across instructor-led, virtual, digital, social and on-the-job learning formats.

• Ensure learning content is practical, inclusive, accessible, business-relevant and aligned with quality and brand standards.

 

2. Facilitation & Learning Delivery

 

• Facilitate high-impact classroom and virtual learning sessions for diverse professional audiences, including managers and leaders.

• Use discussions, simulations, role plays, case studies, reflection and collaborative activities to drive application and engagement.

• Adapt facilitation style based on audience needs, business context, learner feedback and session dynamics.

• Coach and enable internal faculty and subject matter experts through train-the-trainer sessions, facilitation guidance and delivery standards.

• Manage session readiness, learner communication, delivery quality and post-program follow-through.

 

3. L&D Consulting, Program Management & Stakeholder Partnership

• Consult with stakeholders to define learning priorities, scope solutions, agree success measures and manage expectations.

• Lead learning projects from discovery and design through development, pilot, deployment and closure.

• Build trusted partnerships with business leaders, HR teams, subject matter experts, faculty, vendors and technology teams.

• Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, budgets, governance and communication to deliver quality outcomes.

• Maintain solution documentation, version control and learning assets for scale and reuse.

4. Learning Effectiveness, Innovation & Learning Design

• Define evaluation approaches using learner feedback, knowledge checks, application indicators and relevant business measures.

• Review learning data and stakeholder insights to improve content, facilitation and learner experience.

• Apply core L&D concepts including learning transfer, behavior change, capability building and performance consulting.

• Identify opportunities to use learning technology, GenAI, communities and performance support to improve reach, personalization and efficiency.

• Stay current with learning research, facilitation practices and emerging trends, and translate them into practical solutions.

Educational qualifications

Full-time bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited and reputed college/university. A qualification in L&D like CPTD, APTD, ID certifications, NLP, DISC etc. is preferred.

Work experience

Relevant 10-15 years experience in Learning & Development with demonstrated expertise in instructional design, facilitation and end-to-end learning solution management.
