Summary: As a Manufacturing Engineering Practitioner, you will define processes to fabricate, assemble, inspect, and test new products and machines based on production engineering and design principles. You will also define supporting tools and fixtures needed for production, develop procedures, product specifications, and define quality standards and inspection methods. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Develop innovative manufacturing processes to improve efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Fatigue & Damage Tolerance F&DT. - Strong understanding of structural analysis and material properties. - Experience in CAD software for designing manufacturing processes. - Knowledge of industry standards and regulations for product quality assurance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Fatigue & Damage Tolerance F&DT. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
