Technical Skills & Experience Mendix Development • Strong experience in designing and developing applications using: o Microflows o Nanoflows o Domain Models o Entities and Associations o XPath Constraints • Experience implementing Mendix Workflows and Business Processes. • Good understanding of Mendix Best Practices and Marketplace Modules. • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance. • 5–8 years of software development experience. • Minimum 4 years of hands-on Mendix development experience. • Experience working in enterprise-scale environments. • Exposure to managed services, application support, and DevOps practices is an advantage. Location: Open Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 5–8 Years Certifications Mandatory (at least one): • Mendix Intermediate Developer Certification Preferred: • Mendix Advanced Developer Certification • Mendix Workflow Certification • Mendix Rapid Developer Certification • Cloud or Integration-related certifications Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and maintain Mendix applications. • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams. • Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, development, testing, and deployment activities. • Ensure application security, performance, and maintainability. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, automation, and innovation within the development lifecycle.
