What would you do? • Support insurance operations and transformation initiatives across Policy Administration, Claims Management, Underwriting Support, Customer Service, and Business Operations. Drive process excellence, operational governance, transition management, workforce mobilization, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery, customer experience, compliance, and operational efficiency across the insurance • Manage end-to-end insurance operations processes across Policy Issuance, Policy Servicing, Renewals, Claims Administration, Underwriting Support, Billing, and Customer Support. • Support transition and mobilization activities including knowledge transfer, process documentation, stakeholder management, risk identification, and governance reporting. • Drive operational excellence through process standardization, SLA manage • Manage end-to-end insurance operations processes across Policy Issuance, Policy Servicing, Renewals, Claims Administration, Underwriting Support, Billing, and Customer Support. • Support transition and mobilization activities including knowledge transfer, process documentation, stakeholder management, risk identification, and governance reporting. • Drive operational excellence through process standardization, SLA manage
What are we looking for? • Primary Skill - Banking Operations - P4 • Secondary Skill - PMO Mobilization and Run - P4 • Secondary Skill - Transition Management - P4 • Experience in banking operations, governance, and transformation programs. • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a dynamic environment. • Strong understanding of operational controls, compliance, and service delivery.
Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead and support banking operations and transformation initiatives. • Manage mobilization, transition, and governance activities for operations programs. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and drive execution. • Monitor operational performance against service levels and key performance indicators. • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and implement mitigation strategies. • Drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives. • Prepare governance reports, dashboards, and executive updates. • Support knowledge transfer, change management, and training activities. • Ensure compliance with banking regulations, organizational policies, and operational standards. • Coordinate with cross functional and global teams to deliver business objectives successfully. • Contribute to operational stability, customer satisfaction, and business growth objectives.
