Roles and Responsibilities

 

1. Act as product owner for all software for electric powertrain ECUs ,enable development and testing by technical collaboration with module teams
2. Establish base practices as per software development lifecycle such as ASPICE
3. Drive software delivery transformation, executing the standardization of software development and testing practices, processes, tools while ensuring full end to end orchestration of software lifecycle from requirements to delivery
4. Ensure software delivery by close coordination with development and testing teams. Enable team members to individually handle activities project wise
5. Ensuring quality of delivery by establishing KPIs and guiding teams to adhere to same. Continuous improvement in engineering quality, efficiency and predictability
6. Create management summary project wise, presenting to senior management on periodic basis

 

Skills

 

 

1. Sound knowledge on embedded software development, model based software development
2. Deep understanding of software architecture and Autosar, test strategies
3. Good understanding of system EE architecture definition, V-cycle product development for electric powertrain
4. Good understanding of automotive software development process, ASPICE, FuSa, cybersecurity
5. Project management experience is a must, e.g. Certifications like PMP
6. Stakeholder collaboration within and outside of product development teams
7. Project and deliverable tracking, project management and systematic task management experience
