The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a MuleSoft Integration Architect, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Define and drive integration architecture aligned with enterprise standards and business goals.
• Design and implement API-led connectivity architecture and MuleSoft solutions on Any point Platform.
• Architect cloud-native integration solutions leveraging AWS services and DevOps practices.
• Ensure API security, governance, compliance, performance tuning, and operational excellence.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder collaboration for enterprise integrations.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of overall IT experience, including 6–9 years of hands-on MuleSoft Any point Platform experience.
• 3 to 5 years of AWS cloud services experience.
• Strong experience in API design, enterprise integration, and cloud architecture.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• MuleSoft Certified Architect/Developer and AWS certifications.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Kafka, SNS/SQS.
• Knowledge of microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools, and observability platforms.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Work Location: Hebbal, Bangalore (Karnataka), Hybrid Mode
