Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and delivery.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence concepts and their application in software engineering.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures for cloud-based solutions.
- Ability to integrate multiple systems and manage complex software release cycles.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and platform stability techniques.
