Pre-Sales Leader – LTSCT

Experience: 10–15+ years

Location : Bangalore 
Function: Pre-Sales / Solution Support for a Semiconductor 

Role

Lead the LTSCT pre-sales function, partnering with Sales, Manufacturing, Product, and Engineering teams to shape solutions, support strategic pursuits, Partner with Commercial marketing and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales strategy, teams
• Drive solutioning for strategic opportunities, RFPs/RFIs, proposals, demos, and client presentations.
• Engage senior customer stakeholders 
• Partner with Sales on opportunity qualification, deal strategy, Pipeline and closure.
• Collaborate with R&D to ensure solution feasibility, estimates, and delivery alignment.
• Build reusable solution assets, accelerators, and sales enablement material.
• Mentor the pre-sales team and establish effective processes and governance.
• Track win rates, pipeline contribution, and overall pre-sales effectiveness.

Key Requirements

• 10–15+ years in pre-sales, solution consulting, architecture, or technology sales.
• Proven experience leading complex enterprise deals and pre-sales teams.
• Strong customer-facing, presentation, solutioning, and communication skills.
• Strong business and commercial acumen.
• Ability to work effectively across Sales, Delivery, Product, and Technology teams.
