Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with AEM architecture patterns, multi-site setups, and scalable content modeling strategies. • Proficiency with modern front-end development used alongside AEM/EDS (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and component-driven UI practices. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release automation to improve delivery speed and reliability. • Familiarity with cloud deployments and operational best practices for enterprise web platforms. • Demonstrated consulting skills: stakeholder management, clear communication, and the ability to drive outcomes in ambiguous environments. Key Responsibilities: Solution Delivery & Development • Design, develop, and enhance AEM solutions leveraging EDS to deliver scalable and maintainable digital experiences. • Build reusable AEM components, templates, dialogs, and content models aligned to business and UX requirements. • Implement integrations with external systems and APIs, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange. • Optimize performance, accessibility, and SEO readiness across pages and components. Quality, Operations & Governance • Ensure code quality through reviews, automated testing practices, and adherence to AEM/EDS best practices. • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive preventive improvements. • Support release planning and deployments, ensuring stable delivery across environments. Agile Collaboration & Leadership • Work in Agile teams, contributing to sprint planning, estimation, refinement, and retrospectives. • Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and actionable user stories. • Mentor junior developers/consultants and promote engineering excellence across the team. Minimum Qualifications: • BE, BTech, ME, MTech, MCA, MBA, or MSc. • 5–9 years of overall experience with strong hands-on expertise in AEM and EDS implementations. • Solid experience building AEM components/templates and delivering enterprise-grade web experiences. • Working knowledge of Agile delivery practices and collaboration in cross-functional teams. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex issues across application layers.
