Program Manager II, Integrated Fleet Actions and Systems
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in technical program management, data center management, data center operations, new product introduction (NPI), and risk management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in supply chain management.
- Experience in application development, generative AI agent.
- Understanding of customer service, detail orientation, and the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical management teams.
- Ability to solve complex problems, drive results, and automate processes for efficiency gains.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a dynamic, ambiguous environment across all levels and around the globe.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Lead cross-functional delivery, fleet actions, launches, ecosystem integrations. Translate complex business goals into clear scopes, OKRs, actionable roadmaps while managing dependencies and risks.
- Evaluate complex engineering challenges using technical judgment. Active involvement in architectural discussions, trade-off evaluations, maintain quality delivery standards.
- Partner across boundaries—including Engineering, Product Management, Data Center Operations—to enhance operational predictability, cycle times. Navigate Data Center infrastructure, evolving NPI ecosystem while working with key partners.
- Deliver clear, regular updates on program health, strategies, risks to partners. Summarize technical issues into actionable briefs for leadership to drive organizational alignment.
- Ensure adherence by resolving operational bottlenecks, implementing effective risk mitigation strategies. Leverage AI/ML principles, workflows, agent-based AI tools to streamline operations, accelerate delivery.
