Summary: As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining quality processes, conducting reviews, and collaborating with global QA initiatives and processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring quality standards are met across the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead and oversee quality assurance activities within the organization. - Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures. - Conduct regular quality audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management. - Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices. - Experience in developing and implementing quality assurance processes. - Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with quality management tools and software. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
