- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in testing processes and methodologies.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality objectives with project deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HANA DB Administration.
- Experience in managing database performance, tuning, and troubleshooting within SAP HANA environments.
- Strong knowledge of database backup, recovery, and security best practices.
- Ability to design and implement high availability and disaster recovery solutions for SAP HANA databases.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and automation scripts to maintain database health and optimize operations.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP HANA DB Administration.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
