Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salesperson to join our team and play a key role in creating a positive customer experience and driving sales. You will be responsible for greeting and assisting walk-in clients, managing their needs throughout the sales process, and ensuring their orders are executed smoothly. Additionally, you will generate quotations for new clients and utilize our provided software to track data and maintain accurate records. You will also be required to cold call leads which will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service:
  • Warmly greet and welcome clients to the showroom.
  • Showcase products and explain their features and benefits with enthusiasm and clarity.
  • Suggest them the best options and promote certain products.
  • Answer customer questions accurately and provide knowledgeable guidance.
  • Build rapport and establish trust with customers to foster long-term relationships.
  • Sales Process:
  • Manage the entire sales process for walk-in clients, from initial interaction to order completion.
  • Prepare accurate and detailed quotations for new clients, ensuring competitive pricing and clear communication of terms.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Employ effective follow-up strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and potential for future sales.
  • Follow up with all clients.
  • Data Management:
  • Utilize our provided software to efficiently track sales data, customer information.
  • Provide report on a weekly or monthly basis to track performance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records to support informed decision-making.
  • Generate reports as needed to provide insights into sales performance and trends.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong presentation and product demonstration abilities.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new software systems.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
