Roles and Responsibilities: • Manage compensation operations including plan setup, quota administration, payouts, dispute handling, and data validation • Ensure payment accuracy, SLA adherence, process compliance, and issue resolution • Drive automation, AI adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives • Manage stakeholder communication, reporting, and operational delivery • Lead team performance, coaching, onboarding, capability development, and knowledge management • 8 to 10 years of experience in Incentive Compensation or Sales Operations • 5 to 6 years of people management experience • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Experience managing end to end Incentive Compensation programs
