Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP MDG Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) implementation, support, and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate should possess deep functional knowledge of master data processes and hands-on experience in configuring SAP MDG solutions for Material, Customer, Vendor, Business Partner, and Financial master data domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in SAP MDG implementation, rollout, support, and enhancement projects.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure and support SAP MDG data models, workflows, BRF+, validations, derivations, and business rules.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to define and govern master data processes.
- Design and implement Master Data Governance solutions for:
- Business Partner (BP) .Customer Master, Vendor/Supplier Master , Material Master , Finance Master Data
- Perform data quality assessments and support data cleansing initiatives.
- Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments, interfaces, and integrations.
- Support data migration activities using SAP Migration Cockpit, LSMW, or other migration tools.
- Conduct system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and end-user training.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, process flows, and training materials.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot master data governance issues.
