• Role Responsibilities:

• Design end‑to‑end SAP technical architectures (ECC, S/4HANA, Cloud, Hybrid).

• Own the technical solution section of proposals and bids.

• Translate customer requirements into clear, compelling SAP solutions.

• Present architecture, value proposition, risks, and assumptions to customers.

• Provide sizing, effort estimation, and cost model inputs.

• Act as the SAP technical spokesperson during deal pursuits.

• Align proposed solutions with delivery capabilities and best practices.

• Core Expertise
• SAP BASIS & S/4HANA architecture (high‑level, solution view)
• SAP on Cloud (Azure / AWS / GCP)
• HA / DR, security, scalability concepts
• SAP BTP, CPI, PI/PO, Solution Manager
• Architecture diagrams, proposal documentation, solution decks

•  

• Must-Have Certifications

• SAP, Cloud, or Solution Architecture certifications are good to have, especially for customer‑facing presales roles. 

• Experience & Background 

• 12–17+ years in SAP BASIS / SAP Technical roles

• 3+ years in presales, solution architecture, or customer‑facing roles

• Experience supporting RFPs, proposals, and bid defences.

• Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills

• Comfortable engaging with CxOs, IT heads, and enterprise architects 

• The SAP Integration Suite Associate Director is a strategic role responsible for defining, designing, and overseeing the implementation of comprehensive integration architectures across the organization.

• The architect will work closely with senior management, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure that integration solutions are aligned with business goals and technology strategies.

• The architect will work for a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

• The Architect should lead RFPs, Hiring, Competency Management, KRAs (Quality, Innovation, L&D etc.)

• The Architect should drive and implement GenAI capabilities.

• Agile mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with good soft skills.

• Should have good design knowledge and be willing to research new solutions based on the requirements

• Coach others, recognize individual strengths, and encourage ownership within the team.

• Exceptional Interpersonal Skills & Ability to work independently and with a team

Must-Have Certificates:

• SAP Certified Associate -SAP Integration Suite (Desired)

• SAP Integration Suite: Become an Integration Black Belt (Desired)

• SAP Certified Technology Associate - SAP Process Orchestration (Desired) 

• Scrum Master (Desired)

• Bachelor of Engineering / MCA from a top tier college or university
