Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Network Security Lead to lead enterprise Network Security operations, engineering, governance, and transformation initiatives. The role will drive secure network architecture, cloud security, firewall governance, threat prevention, and Zero Trust adoption across enterprise environments. This position combines technical leadership, delivery governance, stakeholder management, and people leadership to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant network security services.

Roles & Responsibilities:
-Lead the design, implementation, governance, and operations of enterprise Network Security solutions across on-prem and cloud environments.
-Provide leadership in Security Delivery Governance, service management, and continuous improvement of network security capabilities.
-Manage and govern Firewall Security, network segmentation, secure remote access, and perimeter defense controls.
-Drive implementation and optimization of:
-Palo Alto Firewalls
-IDS/IPS solutions
-VPN technologies
-Imperva Web Application Firewall (WAF)
-Cequence Bot Defense
-Oversee security auditing, policy governance, rule optimization, threat mitigation, and incident response coordination.
-Ensure secure cloud adoption through strong understanding of Cloud Security principles and controls.
-Collaborate with infrastructure, SOC, cloud, application, and security teams to deliver secure and scalable network security solutions.
-Lead troubleshooting, escalations, vendor coordination, and continuous enhancement of network security services.


Professional & Technical Skills:
-Automation/scripting experience (Python, PowerShell, APIs) for security operations and reporting.
-Exposure to Zero Trust architecture, microsegmentation, and SASE/SSE technologies.
-Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, SOC2, and GDPR.
-experience in Network Security Operations, Engineering, and Governance, including leadership experience managing enterprise security environments.
-Strong expertise in Security Delivery Governance, Cloud Security, Firewall Security, Security Auditing, and Network Security Architecture.
-Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, Imperva WAF, Cequence Bot Defense, Cloudflare DNS Security, and Microsegmentation.
-Strong understanding of network security frameworks, threat prevention, secure access, segmentation, and compliance requirements.
-Experience managing security incidents, audits, risk remediation, vendor management, and technical governance.
-Ability to translate business and security requirements into scalable and secure network security solutions.
-Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills with proven people leadership capabilities.
-Lead and mentor Network Security teams and technical leads, driving operational excellence and service maturity.
-Define and execute network security strategy, governance, and transformation initiatives aligned with business and cybersecurity objectives.
-Manage senior stakeholder engagement, escalations, audits, vendors, and cross-functional collaboration.
-Drive automation, Zero Trust adoption, continuous improvement, and security modernization initiatives.
-Experience in large enterprise or regulated environments preferred.
-Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and hybrid environments.
-Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and DevSecOps delivery models.
-Relevant certifications preferred (PCNSE, CISSP, CCSP, CCNP Security, CISM, CEH, Palo Alto/Fortinet Certifications, CCIE).



Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Network Security Operations.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
