Summary:
As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, a typical day involves overseeing and delivering comprehensive security services tailored to client environments. This role focuses on maintaining robust protection measures, ensuring adherence to compliance standards, and supporting operational resilience. The practitioner actively monitors security landscapes, coordinates with various stakeholders, and manages service delivery to uphold the integrity and safety of client systems throughout the day.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security service delivery and address emerging threats.
- Continuously monitor client environments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Email Security.
- Experience with email threat detection and mitigation techniques.
- Knowledge of email encryption protocols and secure communication standards.
- Familiarity with email security gateways and anti-phishing technologies.
- Ability to analyze security incidents related to email systems and implement corrective actions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Email Security.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
