Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify potential security risks and implement proactive measures to mitigate them.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall service quality.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting in their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Security Operations.
- Strong understanding of firewall management, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and vulnerability assessment techniques.
- Experience with security incident response and threat analysis processes.
- Familiarity with network protocols, encryption methods, and secure communication practices.
- Ability to analyze security logs and generate actionable insights to improve security posture.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Network Security Operations.
