Role Overview

The Senior Facility Engineer will be responsible for managing critical hard services across the campus, including HVAC systems, Building Management Systems (BMS), access control, CCTV, fire & safety systems, and Parking Management system. The role also includes supporting the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) team and supporting interior fit-out projects to ensure seamless execution and compliance with statutory and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Preventive Maintenance & Asset Management

• Execute 100% of the Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedule across all assets
• Develop monthly PPM calendars and assign technician responsibilities
• Monitor task completion and submit monthly review reports
• Ensure ≥ 95% on-time completion

Financial Management

• Coordinate with Procurement for quotes and ensure invoices are submitted post-activity
• Provide AOP plans

Compliance & Safety

• Coordinate all internal and external audits
• Conduct mock audits, coordinate EHS drills, and coordinate OEM inspections
• Ensure zero non-compliance in statutory audits and 100% documentation readiness

Energy Efficiency & Sustainability

• Optimize energy usage through BMS monitoring
• Implement energy-saving initiatives and report kWh and CO₂ reductions through CR360

Technical Oversight

• Manage HVAC operations, BMS, and access control systems
• Oversee CCTV surveillance, PA, Kitchen, fire detection/suppression systems, and parking management
• Ensure 24/7 readiness of emergency systems and incident response[

Operations Management – M&E

• Establish engineering & operational procedures and roll out the same for site staff
• Monitor & execute day-to-day operations at site
• Coordinate with vendors for repair & maintenance activity of infrastructure
• Responsible for development of all maintenance-related schedules & shutdowns in consultations with OEM and client stakeholders
• Periodically inspect logbooks, history cards, checklists, escalation charts, OCP & PPM schedules for better management of engineering systems
• Adhere to and maintain consistency on agreed SLA & KPI

Team Development & Leadership

• Coordinate with the HSE team
• Identify skill gaps and facilitate training programs
• Conduct monthly training and safety refreshers
• Ensure most of team is trained in relevant technical domains

Customer Satisfaction

• Implement feedback mechanisms and resolve complaints within 24–48 hours
• Conduct monthly service review meetings
• Maintain satisfaction survey scores ≥ 80%

Incident Management

• Maintain incident logs with root cause analysis (RCA)
• Define response timelines and conduct monthly downtime reviews
• Ensure average resolution time < 4 hours for critical systems

Reporting & Documentation

• Standardize and submit monthly reports on maintenance, BMS, and sustainability
• Ensure 100% on-time report submissions

Fit-Out Project Support

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for interior fit-out execution
• Ensure timely handover, safety compliance, and integration with facility systems
