Job Description

Senior Manager-KDNI

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in SAP & S/4HANA Finance transformations, capable of leading end-to-end implementations while effectively engaging with business stakeholders across Finance stream.

•Lead SAP Finance transformation programs from design to go-live.
•Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, governance, and stakeholder communications.
•Bridge business and technical teams, translating business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
•Oversee solution design, system configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, and cutover activities.
•Drive cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Treasury, FSCM, and IT teams.
•Required Expertise
•SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI): GL, AP, AR,R2R, Asset Accounting, Ledgers & Extension Ledgers, Currencies, Company Codes.
•Nice to have expertise in Treasury & Banking, FSCM: Collections Management and Dispute Management.
•Strong experience in Finance process integration.
•End-to-end implementation, configuration, customization, enhancements, workflows, and integration design.

Educational qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree (BBM / BBA / BCom) from an accredited college/university
•Master’s degree (MBA/M.com) from an accredited college/university

Work experience

•15+ years of relevant experience
•Previous experience in Big 4/Big 6 firms is highly preferred
•Experience in people management, performance management, leading teams of 5-6 members, reviewing work of juniors
