Job Description

Role: SRE (Site Reliability Engineer)

Location : Bangalore / Mumbai –Mphasis Office

Who are we looking for?

  • A highly skilled individual with strong SRE (Site Reliability Engineer) with 5 + years of relevant experience.

Technical Skills:

  • Proven experience as a SRE (Site Reliability Engineer).
  • Monitor application and infrastructure health using observability tools.
  • Ensure high availability and reliability of production systems.
  • Manage incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA).
  • Automate operational and repetitive tasks using scripting and tools.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
  • Support cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Manage system capacity planning, performance tuning, and scalability initiatives.
  • Define and track SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs.
  • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and business teams.
  • Implement logging, monitoring, ing, and disaster recovery processes.
  • Participate in on-call support and production incident management.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
