Job Summary
Location- Bangalore
Provide technical support and enhancements for Claude AI workflows integrating automation and ensuring AI governance and compliance in a hybrid work model
Job Description
2-4 years in technical support automation or a junior engineering role Handson Claude experience demonstrate practical use and verify results Practical scripting ability Python preferred build and maintain small automations beyond ticket handling API integration experience proficient with REST APIs authentication JSON and troubleshooting failed requests Understanding of access permissions and secure handling of internal data when connecting Claude to other systems Strong written English skills most communication is asynchronous and written Serviceminded patient with nontechnical users and precise in documentation Disciplined tracking of support requests changes and followups Knowledge of Agentic AI concepts to enhance autonomous AI workflows Familiarity with AI Governance Compliance to ensure ethical and secure AI operations Experience in AI platform engineering to support and improve AI integrations
Note Candidate must work from client location at Manyata Tech Park in a hybrid model
Roles and Responsibilities
Provide daytoday Claude AI support including onboarding and access issue resolution following established processes
Assist users in translating practical needs into effective Claude workflows troubleshoot and escalate with clear reproduction steps
Collect user feedback and recurring issues to implement small improvements in Claude workflows
Maintain concise runbooks examples and FAQs to facilitate reusable answers for common queries
Configure test and troubleshoot Claude connectors to approved internal tools and data sources
Implement welldefined connector improvements under technical review from the Lead AI Engineer
Develop test and maintain reusable Claude skills for recurring tasks incorporating user feedback
Build and maintain small scripts and APIbased automations to streamline Claude workflows and reduce manual tasks
Test changes with representative tasks document permissions limitations and maintain delivered connectors skills and automations
Ensure AI governance and compliance standards are met in all AIrelated workflows and integrations
Support AI platform engineering efforts to enhance Claudes integrations and operational stability
Collaborate with specialists for complex integrations platform changes and security decisions
