Specialist, Enterprise Records Office

The Records Management Specialist is responsible for driving Records Management governance, compliance, and operational effectiveness across the organization through oversight of policy conformance, reporting, training, communications, and policy lifecycle management. Manages the collection, validation, analysis, and reporting of Records Management metrics, ensuring data accuracy, stakeholder alignment, and effective governance through tools such as Collibra, Power BI, and MetricStream. Leads policy review and refresh activities, coordinates Business Impact Assessments (BIA), and supports audit readiness through robust controls and documentation.

Serves as a key liaison with divisions, functions, and entities to monitor compliance, manage remediation plans, and secure stakeholder approvals. Oversees Records Management training, awareness, and engagement programs, including learning content, guidance materials, newsletters, blogs, and Viva Engage communications, promoting a strong culture of compliance and best practice. Delivers regular management reporting and insights, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures the successful execution of Records Management objectives across the business.
