Sr Manager-KGS transformation
- Expertise in Financial Planning and Budgeting within SAP
- Hands-on experience with SAP Project Systems (PS)
- Proven experience in SAP implementations
- Strong understanding of project execution, cost planning, and reporting
- Experience using SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models
Nice-to-Have:
- Knowledge of SAP FM (Funds Management), HR, and PP (Production Planning)
- Exposure to S/4HANA innovations in Project Systems
- Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills
- Ability to analyze project performance and implement improvements
- Lead and manage SAP Project Systems implementations, ensuring successful delivery within timelines.
- Configure SAP PS modules focusing on cost planning, budgeting, and project execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP PS with FM, HR, and PP modules.
- Utilize SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models to improve project outcomes.
- Stay updated with latest SAP S/4HANA innovations and implement best practices in project systems.
- Maintain strong communication and stakeholder management throughout project lifecycle.
- Analyze project performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary.
- Lead and manage project teams, ensuring efficient resource utilization in high-pressure environments.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management or related field; SAP Certified Application Associate - Project Systems; expertise in Financial Planning and Budgeting within SAP
- Lead SAP Project Systems implementations; configure SAP PS modules; collaborate with cross-functional teams; utilize SAP Activate methodology
