Subcontractor- MuleSoft Admin+ AWS Support
Area(s) of responsibility
We are seeking a skilled and experienced MuleSoft Admin and AWS Support Specialist with overall 8 years of work experience to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes/Amazon EKS, Terraform, CI/CD, API management, security, and observability.
The role requires strong technical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- MuleSoft Administration:
- Install, configure, and maintain MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Monitor and manage MuleSoft applications, APIs, runtimes, and integrations.
- Manage API policies, security, authentication, rate limiting, and access controls.
- Perform MuleSoft runtime upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.
- Troubleshoot API, integration, connectivity, and authentication issues.
- AWS Support:
- Support AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, ECR, CloudWatch, and ALB/NLB.
- Monitor AWS resources for availability, performance, security, and cost efficiency.
- Manage AWS WAF, Auto Scaling, Load Balancers, and security configurations.
- Support AWS infrastructure upgrades, maintenance, and configuration activities.
