Reputed Automobile Dealership for Tata Motors Ltd., looking for talented youngsters to join their Motor Insurance team at Central Bangalore.

You will be handling the motor vehicles new policy & renewal policy team and coordinate with the sales team, answering customer queries and working g on dedicated software.

The ideal candidate is a quick learner, customer-centric, good communicator and computer skilled.

Responsibilities:

·        Lead and manage a team of motor vehicle insurance sales representatives.

·        Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.

·        Provide guidance, training, and coaching to team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.

·        Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to improve results.

·        Collaborate with other departments, such as underwriting and claims, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

·        Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to expand the customer base.

·        Analyse sales data and generate reports to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:

·        Previous experience in insurance sales, preferably in the motor vehicle insurance sector.

·        Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a sales team of not less than 10

·        Knowledge of motor vehicle insurance policies, regulations, and industry practices.

·        Excellent leadership and team management skills.

·        Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.

·        Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

·        A customer-focused mind-set and a commitment to providing excellent service.
