Your role will also include shaping strategies that bring emerging ideas to life, ensuring that both Accenture and client objectives are met effectively and efficiently.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with data integration and reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of human resources processes and analytics.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Experience in project management methodologies and frameworks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
