Key Responsibilities:
Product & Strategy:
- Develop new products and associated business processes that enable agility in manufacturing and supply chain, optimize factory planning, and serve as inputs into strategic decisions
- Understand business problems related to supply chain and manufacturing operations; identify and represent user needs by actively defining and aligning product requirements with stakeholder teams
- Own and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features against measurable business outcomes rather than request volume
- Frame ambiguous problems quantitatively — size the opportunity, define the success metrics, and make build decisions, along with deciding what not to build
Technical:
- Translate business goals and customer needs into technical product requirements engineers can act on
- Closely collaborate with SW engineers to design scalable and reliable data pipelines and systems. Evaluate technical trade-offs and influence architecture decisions
- Work within agile development methodologies across planning, design, development, testing and pilot phases

Stakeholders & Execution:
- Own the delivery of the overall technical and/or workflow solution with minimal effort and input from others; be the first person to identify and speak out when new program risks arise
- Build consensus across teams with competing priorities — earn alignment through listening and evidence, not escalation
- Establish a constructive working relationship with partner teams and manage the product lifecycle including requirements, algo/SW development, testing and pilot phases
- Become the single point of contact for the product, communicating effectively with cross-functional teams on a regular basis
Desired Qualifications:
- Degree in quantitative field (Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Statistics or equivalent)

- Previous experience implementing new workflows into existing business processes, or design and implementation of change management.
- Strong critical thinking skills, the ability to influence and communicate effectively within a diverse community of stakeholders
- Self-motivated individual who can drive progress towards broad objectives without close supervision
- Preferred location is in Bangalore, India. Expected 20% travel.
