Technical Program Manager, Google TV

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 5 years of experience in program management.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience managing software engineering/technical portfolios and delivering large-scale business/organizational transformations.
• Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience in leveraging AI tools and technology.
• Experience with dashboarding and scripting (SQL) to improve automation and processes.
• Ability to lead technical discussions with engineering leads to resolve complex issues and manage dependencies.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity with ease while introducing structure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple medium-to-large software engineering programs, ensuring technical and operational improvements directly align with organizational OKRs.
• Drive complex technical projects from requirements to launch, managing schedules, resolving roadblocks, and proactively mitigating risks and dependencies.
• Partner closely with engineering, product management, UX, data science, and go-to-market teams to define, prioritize, and implement key features, infrastructure, and workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering directors, product leaders, and TPM groups to simplify execution, establish best practices, and transform the overall operational effectiveness of the organization.
• Foster shared understanding across teams and communicate program status, technical requirements, and strategic goals effectively to all levels of leadership.
