As a Technology Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the progress of substantial and intricate technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with established frameworks and collaborating closely with project sponsors to effectively manage project scope and potential risks. The role requires a proactive approach to maintaining service quality and controlling costs, while steering the delivery team towards successful project completion. Additionally, the position involves supporting business growth by contributing innovative solutions and upholding high standards of delivery excellence, fostering strong relationships across various stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met efficiently and effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Argus.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks relevant to technology delivery.
- Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies within complex project environments.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative and practical solutions.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to drive team performance and stakeholder engagement.
