Summary:
As a Technology Educator, a typical day involves actively engaging with technology professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring they remain competitive in the evolving technology landscape. This role includes delivering comprehensive training sessions that cover foundational technology concepts, professional growth, and industry trends. The Technology Educator also dedicates time to developing educational materials and assessment tools that support certification processes. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align training programs with market needs is a key aspect of the daily routine, fostering continuous learning and development within the technology community.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and delivery of training programs that address current and emerging technology trends.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure training content is accurate and relevant.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and implement improvements as needed.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google Generative AI Studio.
- Strong ability to design and develop engaging educational content tailored to diverse learning needs.
- Experience in creating assessment tools and certification questions to evaluate learner progress.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively deliver training and facilitate discussions.
- Capability to analyze technology trends and incorporate them into training programs.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align training objectives with organizational goals.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Google Generative AI Studio.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
