Summary: As a Technology Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for creating production and non-production cloud environments using the proper software tools. Your role involves deploying the automation pipeline and automating environment creation and configuration, ensuring seamless operations for projects or products. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Implement automation pipeline for environment creation. - Ensure proper configuration of cloud environments. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project success. - Troubleshoot and resolve critical incidents efficiently. - Continuous improvement of cloud environment performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Critical Incident Management. - Strong understanding of incident response procedures. - Experience in managing critical incidents effectively. - Knowledge of ITIL framework for incident management. - Hands-on experience with incident management tools. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with IT Service Management tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Critical Incident Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
