Job description for a Verification executive

experience minimum 6 months

Expectation from Candidate:

·        Handle BGV process transactions for India and other countries with regards to background verification.

·        Verify customer documents (education/employment/address/criminal records)

·        Should have sound knowledge of MS Office Tools, Like Word, Excel etc.,

·        Attention to details and acumen to judge and analyse BGV document to raise Red Flag.

·        Adhere to the organizational ethics and values

·        Adapt to changes in work environment as per business requirements (Processes /Week-offs)

·        Should be flexible enough to extend workhours when there is high serge of volume to meet client expectation.

Desired Candidate

·        Should be a minimum of PUC / Diploma Passed.

·        Should be within 10-12 Kilometre radius from Babusapalya, Bangalore. If staying far away, readiness to shift to nearest proximity is must.

·        Should have excellent communication Skills, both Verbal and Written as your work will involve you interact with HR professionals, University / College authorities.

·        Minimum Typing speed of 22 WPM with 95% Accuracy.
