Shift timing: 9 am to 7 pm with sunday off

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure organizational efficiency, and drive business growth in our food processing unit. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.

Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals.

Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

Lead, motivate, and guide team members to deliver top performance.

Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and clients.

Monitor market trends and recommend improvements in operations.

Handle staffing requirements, , and performance evaluations.

Resolve operational issues promptly and efficiently.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management or leadership role (preferably in Food Processing or related industry).

Graduate degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
