Job Description – Accountant / Tally Operator

Location: Bathinda, Punjab

Position: Accountant / Accounts Executive

Indotech is looking for an Accountant / Accounts Executive for day-to-day accounting work at our Bathinda factory.

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day accounting entries in Tally

Purchase and sales invoice entries

Receipt, payment, contra and journal entries

Bank entries and basic bank reconciliation

Maintaining customer and supplier ledgers

Checking outstanding receivables and payables

Basic GST-related accounting and maintaining proper records

Maintaining purchase, sales and expense records

Assisting senior management/CA with accounting information and reports

Proper filing and maintenance of invoices, vouchers and other accounting documents

Candidate Requirements:

B.Com or equivalent qualification preferred

Good working knowledge of Tally / TallyPrime

Basic knowledge of GST and accounting principles

Working knowledge of MS Excel

3-5 years of accounting experience preferred

Candidate should be accurate, responsible and comfortable handling routine factory accounts
