  • Prepare and upload tender documents, quotations and bids.
  • Maintain office records, data and reports.
  • Manage emails and coordinate with vendors and customers.
  • Perform MS Excel, MS Word ond dota entry tasks.
  • Track tender submissions and deadlines.
